Welcome to the Sword & Shield Era! The first set to feature Generation VIII Pokemon and the first set to include Pokemon V & Pokemon VMAX cards. The set itself was released back in February 2020 with 202 cards and 14 secret cards. Some changes were brought in for this set including the retirement of Fairy type Pokemon, those with this type were from then on classed as Psychic Type, while Poison Type Pokemon previously marked as Psychic were switched over to Darkness Energy for this Era. Notable cards in this set include the Marnie Full Art Holo #200, the Quick Ball Full Art Gold Holo #216 & Snorlax VMAX Rainbow Full Art Holo #206.
