With 127 cards, the first expansion of cards for the Platinum Series, Platinum, features 3 shiny Pokemon and 3 secret cards. The expansion was released in February 2009, with a focus on Generation IV Pokemon, Team Galactic as well as Shaymin and Giratina in both their formes.
Platinum introduced Pokemon SP, this type of Pokemon was a basic Pokemon, which has a yellow and gray card border with a SP symbol on the bottom left and a headshot of their owner in the bottom right corner of the artwork. The set also introduced the Lost Zone, an area where discarded Pokemon could not be brought back into play.
Vulpix #SH6 is just one of the 3 shiny Pokemon to look out for with others such as Lotad #SH4 & Swablu #SH5.
