Gym Heroes introduced Owner’s Pokemon, a Pokemon that had a Trainer’s name and the headshot of its trainer was located in the bottom right corner of the card with their gym badge in the background. The set has 132 cards and was released in August 2000. The set focuses on Kanto Region Gym Leaders and Generation I Pokemon.
The set released with First Edition, Unlimited - both Holo and Non holo for each, with First Edition cards being the aim for collectors as usual, cards to look out for Sabrina’s Gengar #14, Blaine’s Moltres #1 & Rocket’s Moltres #12.
